Sail Club Croatia, a charter company based in Marina Kaštela, is expanding, and we're looking for a dedicated individual (m/f) to join our team.

The position involves:

  • Performing boat maintenance during the winter and the season
  • Handling the check-in and check-out process with clients
  • Responding to interventions on boats during the season

Requirements:

  • Experience in similar roles is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of English
  • Organizational skills and dedication to work
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Responsibility

Additional advantages:

  • Knowledge of boat mechanics or electronics
  • Proficiency in a second foreign language
  • Possession of a boat skipper's license
